2004 - A charming medieval village in Italy, on top of a calc-tufa hill
and made of that stone, hence its name, 45 km far from Rome(click for info)
The village now hosts a very active community of artists and intellectuals who live and work there.

Back to Calcata in 2007: three years later, same place, different photographer and equipment ;-)
An experiment to find out how much I have evolved (assuming I have).
Note: the first difference is I have chosen a different light: Winter in 2007 instead of Spring in 2004.
Three years ago I was not aware of, or capable to manage, the light of (Mediterranean) winter.
Equipment: in 2004 was 300D + 18-55, in 2007 was 5D + 24-105L
