The Trinity

After seeing a similar hot shot that LynnH posted this morning, I would like to show you the trinity.
Each one has a distinctive taste and should be paired with specific types of food.
For example, put Tapatio in soup, Pico Pica on your fried eggs and Cholula on Fish Tacos.
I learned when living on Southeast Asia in the 70's that spicy food promotes longevity. It also tastes great!
