Meet Hansi, the newest member of our family.

We adopted him last night. He is only eight months old and was rescued as a kitten after being found abandoned along Old Hwy 80 in El Cajon.
We have renamed him Hansi, which means Johnny in German in honor of a cat my Grandfather had from ca. 1958-81.
Many thanks to Dawn Augustine and all the wonderful people at East County Animal Rescue. If Dawn had not posted a photo of him on Facebook last week, we would not have had the pleasure to adopt him.
