Alas, I do not think it had the thread yours has because it fit the standard T-adapter I've used on other lenses.

The lens is pretty good, heavish, but not as much as current long zooms. IMO, stopped down to f8.0 it produces good images from 100-400mm, with 500mm being softer, but usable.

Thank you for posting the picture of Bancroft, and the autumn and the boreal forest. I am working in the Bahamas and miss home and your pics are an artistic reminder of Canada, oh Canada.
