Hi Anitta, Thank you for your kind messages. I hope this brief note finds you keeping well and strong in faith Carole is doing well, but she still has a way to go. The doctors have signed her off work until April ~ a full 8 months from the time her illness was first diagnosed. We're hoping and praying that the leukaemia cells have all gone and that she will make a full recovery. Our times are in His hands and there is no better place to be! I read your profile and it has always been said, it is not the camera but the 12 inches behind it that make the difference. Even though I started with film and good gear, progress has taken me through a lower digital curve with the final destination again at good digital gear. Your ability to see is there regardless of equipment, this only becomes an issue when you demand more than equipment can produce. I support good photography regardless of how it was captured, my goal is to shoot as close to the final image as possible. You have a great set of skills in both writing and photography. Keep up the good work.

I must agree with Jaana, Anitta has a gift of looking into a person's eyes to see the truth that is captured with her camera. No real tricks with a computer but simply that glow that is truely truth before the lens. A very fine Lady I would imagine. Beau

Awesome photos! I can see you love to take those portraits and I must say they really are beautiful. :) But as a bigger fan of landscapes I was just in awe while browsing through them. You have been to some very distinctive places and captured some breath-taking photos. And as the gentlemen already mentioned, you really do have a unique eye for the world and the ability to capture precious moments in life. :)

Lovely pictures! Deep warm light and exciting shadows in southern countries and wonderful touch of Finnish northern unique light and scenes. Snow seems to be mostly something else than white in Nordic countries! Some of the places are familiar to me, but You´ve created Your own world. Your angles are something I have not seen before-even though I used to work several years with so to say proffs photographers. I encourage You to go on Your photo hobby. Believe me, it´s not the question of expensive equipment but question of ideas and talent to see world around You with personal way. All the best!

You have a very good "eye". I think your comments about vision vs. equipment are accurate - it is "seeing" the picture & knowing how the camera "sees" that matters. Enjoyed looking at your photographs. They are lovely. Keep up the good work & enjoy!
