Beautiful photos! I'm curious to know where the NWT trip was. Were the pictures taken along the arctic coastline? I'm heading there this summer and we are trying to get a better idea of canoeing along the coast and portaging through the polygons.

thanks!

Hello,

One of my professors here at Cambridge mentioned the ice caves on Erebus. I'm an avid caver and to do research in these caves has become a goal towards which I want to direct my career. Could you provide me with some contact information for a resarcher or two who knows the most about the geothermal / fumarole caves?

Sincerely,
Aaron Curtis

Most interesting to see "real life" in Antartica. A wonderful experience, no doubt. Thanks for sharing these photos.

Ditto the previous comment. Being in a comforatble climate (by Seattle), it is difficult to imagine life in the ice. Thanks.
