Built in 1927 for stage performances and movies, the Temple is of the Spanish Colonial Revival style and is now the home of the Arizona Theatre Company.
Listed in the NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES

I played a flute solo with the Tucson Symphony on the stage when I was 13 (1960). I remember the building and occasion with fondness!

The Temple was constructed from 1927-1927, with a dedication ceremony held On Oct. 21, 1927.
