Chris was one of the greatest murrine artists of our time, one of only a few in the world using the stringer stacking method to create images with this level of detail all in glass. His marbles are wonders to behold and true master works of glass art which will be coveted by glass museums around the world in the future. Chris was a true pioneer in the world of glass, but tragically we lost him in July 2023 when he took his own life. Chris will be celebrated as one of the greatest marble and glass minds of our time, and his work will continue to skyrocket in value. He did things that nobody else had even considered doing, and put insane amounts of time into his murrine and marbles. Many of these marbles took weeks to bring about, and some many months, when you consider the time that went into all of the murrine involved. These marbles just aren't like anything else out there, and time-wise, almost nobody else compares, except for maybe Ro Purser and Zach Jorgenson. What I love about Chris' work is how innovative he was, coming up with different ways to feature the murrine in the marbles, spending so much time picking out and making the millie cane that went around the murrine, coming up with fascinating backsides that complement the murrine, etc. It's truly mind-boggling what Chris achieved with so many of his works. If you knew everything that went into these marbles, you'd view them in a totally different and awe-filled light.

These marbles mostly came from my personal collection. Every one of these marbles seems to be more rare and exquisite than the last. Every one of them is one of a kind, and many of them feature murrine that is seen in VERY few other marbles, if any others at all. There just weren't that many marbles made from each cane, and thus they are exceedingly rare. These are INCREDIBLE works of art glass!
