The plants in this colony appear to be cyanea platyphylla, and most are much larger than the other nearby cyanea platyphylla, so that they at first appeared to be spindly cyanea tritomantha. Their flowers are more like cyanea platyphylla. This colony consists of 4-5 large plant clumps, with multiple plants sprouting from most of the bases.
