Good evening,

My name is Alex and I am a graduate student at the University of California, Riverside.

I am interested in learning more about the Igreja de Jesus for my research on the history of Jesuit influence within the country and how that is reflected within the art and architecture.

I have been having a difficult time acquiring pictures and more history involving the church and would just like to ask if you had any available resources that I could utilize. (such as more photographs of the interior and exterior of the building)

Any information or advice on where to look for more information would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Alex Henry

Hi Brian, I was in Kampala from 70 to 73. I was a nurse who worked first at the
Child Nutrition Unit at Mulago Hospital and when that was closing down due to the problems I worked at at private clinic called Uganda Klinik (spelt like that) until we finally had to leave. I have not been able to find the Klinik which was owned by the Gandesha family. I would love for anyone to contact me who remembers me or who worked there.

Wow, I am impressed, came across this when I was looking for photos of the mosques of Timbuktu - and then looked up all Mali fotos, some photos are probably historic ones (perhaps date of take could be added), because the Al-Qaida rebels destroyed some of the tombs - rebuilt now. The amount of galleries are really astounding, where do you find the time to upload. Good, Continuation, A.

Hi Brian, do you have a gallery in Yangon, Myanmar? I want to visit.
Tim Williams 23-Oct-2016 01:34
Thanks for your photos of the outdoor exhibits at The Korean War Memorial. I was there recently and took lots of photos but I neglected to take photos of the accompanying information plaques so I have trouble identifying what is what. Thanks to the captions with your photos I can now sort out my own photos.

Hello Brian,

I was just looking for pictures about North Korea and ended up watching your amazing collection of photo's.
All those trips must have cost you a lot of money :-)
You even visited Middelburg, in the Netherlands... Not very common for a tourist. (I'm Dutch by the way)
But I'm trying to visit North Korea this year, do you have any free hints for me?
And again, thanks a lot by sharing the world these great photo's... we are... the world!

I'm speaking with a girl right now that tells me her name is Florence Avi, she's a dream come true but she has asked for money to book a flight and come stay with me. She says she's in Accra,Ghana and she seems to be everything I've ever wanted to find in a woman, ofcourse I'd like it to be true but I just have this really bad feeling. She's sent me photos and we've spoken over webcam and they "match" but, I've asked about a tattoo of a name on her hip and she doesn't know who it is or what I'm talking about. She seems to get upset when I bring it up and it's very odd that they seem to match but the tattoo I've noticed on the webcam hasn't been metioned or seen on pictures. If you have a name on you there's normally a story or a reason and I've not had anyone react that way which threw up a big red flag, besides the flag of asking for money. It's hard to say this because I've developed feelings for her, we talk about birthdays, her mother and mine....etc. I know it's said to never send money, is there anymore advice I can get to find out if I am being played for a fool? I have no money to offer anyone for that advice, only a great thanks.

Dear Brian,
My compliments for your fantastic photowork, special, for me, regarding Libya and Muammar Al-Qaddafi. I am a real great Libya enthusiast and try to get lots of infromation.

As a great enthusiast on Libya, I also try to get Green Books of Muammar Qaddafi in many languages...... My unique interest is private and personal only.
Do you have one or more for sale perhaps? Do you know people/friends who have such Green Books for sale? It is a great pleasure for me to contact you directly. I am very interested in some photos of Qaddafi billboards. Can I order one or more photos?
I am very grateful in advance for your kind assistance.

Dear Brian, I am please looking forward to hear from you and I thank you very much again.
Your reaction and help will be of great value and importance to me.

I wish you a nice weekend.

Kind regards from the Netherlands,

Adriaan Trommelen

Hello Brian,
You've made a photo of the Pietà of Desplà by Bermejo in Barcelona and I happen to be a long time admirer of Bermejo's art. Unfortunately, his works are very hard to find in good quality in the internet, especially this one. This Pieta is to my mind his best masterpiece. If you have a large photo of this painting, would you please mail it to me? My e-mail address is anton.prikodko@gmail.com.
Excuse me please for being so straight to the point.

Hi,

I recently found that when Googleing my site (pbase/dosseman, I get a link to your site as the first option. Would you know why this happens? I am rather annoyed, because I tend to tell people "dosseman" in a search engine will immediately give a link to me, now they get you instead.

Kindest regards,

Dick Osseman

Hello,

my name is Hasnain Rajani and I am the webmaster of www.citiesphoto.com I
saw your photo on pbase.com and wondered, if you are interested in sending
me photos of various cities in africa. That may include Dar es salaam,
Maputo, Johannesburg, Nairobi all cities!! Visiting my site, you will see
that it is under construction how ever once i will get your photos i'll
start right away. I heavily depend on photographers, as I hardly get a
chance to go to other places in Africa for photography. That is why I wanted
to ask you, if you are interested in publishing your photos on my site.
Credit to you will be given, but unfortunately there is no money involved...
Anyway, I hope to hear from you soon.
You may also visit my other website: www.towardsafrica.com

With the best wishes,

Hasnain

Hallo Brian,
