Survivor after Below-20-Degrees 11-13-25

"Tropical Sunset" Calibrachoa

This was shot 2 Days following a 2 Night "Killing" hard Freeze;
with 2 days of daytime tempts only holding near 30F.
30-degree cold normally is just as deadly to warm weather plants as the upper teens.
It was just COLD, 24/7 for the two days.

*********************
"Stronger" bushes went into cold shock and dropped all their leaves.
But several of my outdoors annuals are still going strong.
(Complete with a little Leaf Hopper that also survived)
Go figure.

Canon EOS R6 ,Canon RF100mm F2.8 L Macro is USM

Stunning colour on this gorgeous flower which is evidently sturdy, having survived such freezing weather. V

Those colors are amazing. Love the pattern of the veins in the flower.
