Hey Chris, a very belated thanks for your note in my guestbook. you've got some great shots in your gallery, especially of the Maasai. I think I must have been in the Serengeti around the same time as you in 04 if the dates for your pictures are right. what an awesome place to live, your pictures brought back good memories.

Thanks for your visit. Yes we are indeed fortunate. I sometimes get the feeling that some of the viewers think that we are in daily contact with the animals. As one guest puts it “…..see them daily in the streets”
I can really relate to your work. Fantastic.
Over this festive season I looked at my older printed albums and decided to scan and display a few of the golden oldies.
The first album here:
Thanks again and enjoy 2006 with the camera, may many a good shot come from that.

You told me that you were working extremely hard and saving every dollar so that you could retire after buying a pub in Burra. Well I see that this saving may take longer than you first thought... and maybe you may exchange Burra for Thailand?
Great galleries mate!

Hi Uncle Joe, these photos are wicked, it took the kids a while to understand that you were not actually as close to the animals as it looks. They loved the photos.
