You might want to consider having a waterproofing company come out and take a look at that. If you don’t have huge cracks or bulging walls it might be as simple as a sump pump. If you have a sump pump hole then it’s a relatively simple install most likely one you can do yourself with a few simple tools. The hardest part would be the electrical if a receptacle isn’t nearby…but hey that’s what extension cables are for, a heavy gauge cord and no longer than necessary. Paul

This is a terrific shot. We've had so much rain in Boulder over the last couple of weeks that our basement has started to get water in it (as the water table rises, it seeps into the basement). After the devastating floods of 2013, when pretty much everything in our basement was ruined, we replaced the carpets with finished concrete, so it's much easier to mop up down there, so long as we don't get much more.

What a difference a day or two makes. We got over 3 inches overnight. Up north at St Joesph they claim 13 inches…. Cars and riding mowers were floating away in the creeks in Excelsior Springs. Careful what you wish for. 3 inches was nice for us tho. Hope the big guy in the sky gives us another 2 or 3 in about another week. Paul

Beautiful warm colors.
I sympathize with the lack of rain.
The storms in AZ are forecasted to come in this next week. We'll see.
