My new home renovations. Monterey floor plan, original 2 BR, 1 bath. ~83 the buildin was extened out & a 2nd bath was added on-so 2 decent sized bathrooms. The back deck was fully enclosed with electrical outlets as well as heating & AC vents
General contractor is A Finished Home - Brian Kozera
Moved in Dec. 23. Brian took over a week later with his crew, redoing electrical & crown molding that was done poorly & incorrectly.
Then started the bathrooms. Late spring, new wardrobe mirror doors in both bedrooms. Summer-new windows. Dec. 2012 kitchen remodeled. Just a couple of minor cosmetic things needs to be done.
