I took a similar trip in 1998 and landed at that Boca Manu airport. Did you find the green toilet in the woods there. It was covered with butterflies looking for the salt in the spilled urine and I did not get a picture.
Oh, the Madre de Dios...We stayed at Manu Lodge, and then back to Cuzco and hiked the Trail to Macchu Picchu. Best three weeks of my life.
