Thanks Chris.

It's kind of funny how things progress from the first "visionary idea" to reality – if in fact there's ever a really clear idea to begin with. In this case, I was wearing the suit and tie for a completely different image in mind (another Son of Man rip-off, but Bob beat me too it - LOL :- ) while playing around different kinds of fabrics for the kiss* http://www.pbase.com/cslr_challenge/image/48356672), wanting to steal yet another idea from my surrealist heroes – in this instance, I had doubled some quilt batting and was trying to wrap it around my head before the timer went off. Anyway, I thought that the crop was kind of fun and then Traveler saw it as kind of a nonchalant kind of pose – never really intended ;) - Kelly

I like this image, but I am not sure, as the others seem to be, about the arms. I think that they are conveying something, I just don't know what. When I clicked on the image, I thought that it was a head, maybe in a box, then when I say then arms it made me questions that. A head wrapped, flat on the 'ground' might have been really cool. In this, with the arms behind the head, wearing a suit, it seems like some smart a$$ who got drunk at a party, made a bet and now is proving his point. But hey, all that questioning makes you think about the image and makes it a good image, seems like it should be in a series, so now I will go comment on your other image. Chris

This image has a certain appeal to me. I do not know whether you should have wrapped your arms too

It is the apparent normality of the pose and especially the cuffs that makes this image so effective...Great stuff, Kelly. Best wishes, Traveller

I like this - oddly disturbing. Definitely the best of 3 good entries.

A good set you've entered Kelly. But what will you do for the rest of the week? I think this is my favourite one, but its a tough call.
