I decided to make a run out to Brazos Bend State Park yesterday afternoon to enjoy the warm weather before the big freeze hit and during my visit I was treated to a large flock of Black-bellied Whistling-Ducks splashing around in 40 Acre Lake. They are a lot of fun to watch as they are very social.
