RARE 2003 VW W8 Passat 4Motion 6-speed manual transmission

According to PassatWorld.com, of the nearly 80,000 Passats produced from 2002-2004, only 424 were equipped with the W8, 4Motion AWD, and a 6-speed manual transmission. Of those 424 only nine were produced in Indigo Blue and only TWO were produced in Indigo Blue with beige leather interior. With 9-years having passed since production, this might very well be the only car like this on the face of the Earth.

I currently have an 04 w8 4motion Passat in in indigo blue and tan leather interior. And I’m really intrested in the info on if it is really is the the rare twin of this ?

I have indigo blue W8 passat, with manual transmission and beige recaros.

Only two? So that's why I can never spot one! Saw one once on eBay, probably in 2007. It was an '04 W8 manual transmission, blue/beige. Even had the newer antenna base (compatible with MFD1/Telematics.) I blinked when I found out it was a fleet vehicle. Boy was I sorry. I have been stuck with my 2004 GLX V6 automatic transmission indigo blue beige interior, and all I want to do is drive stick. How I envy you!
