This is a straight ISO 3200 shot in the lowest light I could find where any sort of picture would be possible - a single 100W bulb in a 16 x 22 ft, 13ft ceiling room. Elmo is an unflappable cat and having a Sigma 24mm f1.8 six inches from his nose, and the clunk-clunk of the Alpha 900 shutter (1/13th sounds more like 1/4 with the distinct up-down of the mirror action) did not make him move or blink. Standard ACR defaults for my processing of high ISO images - no sharpening, no luminance NR, chroma NR 50.
