This an in-camera 1600 JPEG Fine, set to -3 sharpness and Low NR. Overall, for revealing tonal detail and colour in the shadows, this beats any of the raw conversions. I would conclude, go with JPEG shooting for high ISO work unless you are prepared to mess around with many different converters and PP options.
