The experts say Spotted Spreadwing, and I agree. The spots are marginally visible at the edge of the thorax, and the edge between lateral markings on thorax match those of Spotted Spreadwing. The green coloration on thorax and abdomen overwhelmed my ID attempt as a possible Emerald Spreadwing.
