Stop #4 -- Calf Creek, Utah

A pleasant discovery of a suprisingly beautiful place that resulted from a tip from another photographer while at Bryce Canyon.

A "must see" stop. The dramatic falls are 216' high and the end of a 1-1/2 hour hike up the canyon. The light is optimum until noon, then the falls are in shade the rest of the day. Get there early for the best pictures.

I had to come check out your work as well. You have some amazing shots of Calf Creek Falls. It is on my list of places to go this fall when the trees change. I hope to do it justice as well as you have.

I just stumbled upon this same falls a few weeks ago. You're pictures turned out great. I got there around 4:00 pm and had poor results. I hope this area doesn't become over run with tourists like bryce Canyon.
