I have this camera since 2002 and its still working good.
Just with teh old Battery drain problem.

Hi just to say thanks for a great resource I was able to buy two non working 602s and now have a first class camera for not a lot of money.

I have a 602 that was dropped with the lens extended, after which (needless to say) it didn't focus any more. Using the instructions and pics on this page I was able to seperate the lens put the shutter assy. back on the guides and put it all back to gether and it evens works! Thanks!

LOL. MANY many times and to a few repairs. I've split 2 lens systems though, that I didn't put back together, but that was because of original damage AND the fact that Fuji don't sell lens "components". Only as a complete CCD+Lens.
