Nature is unfolding as it should, including all the insects and bees. Unfortunately it has been raining so much I haven't been able to capture it as in the past.
May 27th, 28th - Garden Vetch, Hop Clover, Cinquefoil, Mustard (Brassicaceae Family), False Solomon's Seal, Multiflora Rose, and still unidentified Rose...Rosa Carolina?, see this link http://plants.usda.gov/ Search by Symbol, ROCA4. The blossom is white, not always pink as described in the majority of my research.
May 20th, 23rd - Buttercups, Geraniums (Wild and one new species Carolina Geranium), Yellow Hawkweed, Philadelphia Fleabane, Cinquefoil, Black Locust Blossoms, Oxeye Daisy, Black Raspberry, Star of Bethlehem, Tree of Heaven with vines...Virginia Creeper?, and an unidentified Rose shrub (it looks like Multiflora Rose, but has no fragrance, smaller leaves, no thorns and grows as a subshrub. None Multiflora Rose has started to bloom here yet. If you recognize it, please let me know).
