Ha, Ha! Good for you, Walt. It certainly does fit the theme. I think I can just make out your big toe where it's sticking out of the hole in your sock. ;)

I metered with the grey card to make certain the snow stayed white and did not turn grey - what’s wrong with that? Even used a tripod and remote wireless shutter. Din NOT go out barefoot - had white socks on - it was 5F this morning with 20 mph constant wind, and only warmed up to 15F when I took this picture.
