Desolate, abandoned and far from everything, we found this surreal basketball playground, covered in wet long grass, gently swaying in the indifferent wind.
No cheers to be heard, just some passing seagulls in the far, and the eternal whisper of the ocean. Kind of a gloomy scene,
a depressing testimony of broken illusions, depopulation, and the Icelandic economical crisis, boosted by an overall global recession... :-(
