This Chilean wine should be rather called "Deportacion" as there is no country on the face of Earth to deserve such a threat... Our dinner was saved by mezmerizing alpaca steak served under sundried peppers and local cheese, and layered on the bed of absolutely exlusive mix of local Peruvian roasted vegetables coupled with Andean potato cakes, holy macro !
