Hi! I love your photo of Patapsco River looking west. I teach at Towson and I'm starting a small press there called Patapsco Valley Press. Would you mind if I use this photo on our Facebook community page? mportolano@towson.edu (See Patapsco Valley Press on Facebook)

Eric,

I'm with the Coast Guard in Charleston, SC and would like your permission to use your panoramic picture on our website. Please let me know if this would be alright with you.

Eric,
Thank you for you comments on my Yosemite gallery. PS is not my strong suit..obviously. I need to learn how to isolate the areas I need to fix. I better get into the "layer mask" section of my CS2 manual. :-)

We like your pictures of Baltimore Harbor so much, that we want to use these for a conference announcement.

Can you E-mail the full size two night photos of the port to the following E-mail address:

Eric,
Thanks for your encouraging words on my Wallpaper gallery. I like panoramas (I've posted a few meself) so I appreciate the high resolution scenery. We used to live near Baltimore, so some of your pics takes me back to those old days.
Keep on clicking,
-Clayton

Thanks for visiting, Eric. About http://www.pbase.com/image/27613117 , I did mean more intense than the eye can see. The human eye loses color vision in dim light (the monochrome 'rods' are more sensitive than the color 'cones'). To the naked eye, these aurorae looked more white (or gray) than green. But the time exposure in the camera brought out the real color. I know there can be much brighter shows after solar storms -- I've seen some fantastic galleries here on PBase.

sup? Nice landscape photog dude, wish I had your eye for that =)

btw, all those uhh car shots were taken handheld without a tripod. With the right shutter speed, car speed & a smooth panning motion that keeps up with the car all the time is how I achieve the effect =)

regarding imagehttp://www.pbase.com/image/32580974

you have an observant technical eye my friend (and i have used both techniques on other images) but in this case, 'twas done in a single shot: 2 stop GND filter for exposure and an extremely sharp, close focusing canon 17-40 f/4L set at f22 for maximun depth of field.

I saw your viaduct pic Eric, and its very good. I've only ever seen about three of these in my life. The one in my pictures is actually in my town, in the countrypark. Apparently during its construction one or two of the arches temporarly collapsed. Anyway, keep up the good work!

Thanks for visiting my web site. That image is a low quality images taken with a canon S50. The sky belongs to a photo from Florida. The Mac joint is at a plaza in San Diego. Other than adjusting color-saturation, and the cures in photoshop there is nothing done to it. That is an accidental picture. The picture I took yesterday in mexico is intended, please do visit that gallery.

Thank you for visiting my galleries and for noticing one of the picture I had more fun in taking, the "Little gentle witch's home", really the house looks like that, I simply added the broom and some little decorations!
Best regards
Marisa
