During the time I spent with Bartosz this was the one sight
that really upset me. This beautiful forest, situated in one of
the wildest places in Ireland, has suffered a savage clearing.
Many hundreds of trees have been felled to make them into toothpicks and paper.
What was a most beautiful section of the Western Way walking trail is now no more.
This is such a shame....
