I had my s100 back from Canon repair for only a week and a half before the LCD conked out, so I sent it back to them for a second repair. Canon won't replace it with another S100 outside the affected serial range noted in their product advisory. Unfortunately, I've lost a lot confidence in the camera since I'll never know when it's going to break again. My camera, after the second repair seems to be working fine. Let's hope it stays that way. (Oct 2107 UPDATE: My s100 is still going strong, and I use it almost every day).
