The form placed and levelled. The formatube for the pier column will be placed within the supports to keep it stable during the pour. The two blue rectangular cutouts will be used during the initial pour (up to ground level) to allow access to mitigate formation of voids in the concrete - i.e. poking with a stick! The cutouts will be scewed into place before the pier column is poured.

Bracing and anchoring will be added to insure that the form doesn't lift during the pour.
