IC1318 is part of a hugh emission nebula surrounding Gamma Cygni ( the bright star on the right), the heart of Cygnus.
The image is a composite of two seperate captures made of the emission lines of hydrogen (Ha, 656.3nm) and oxygen (OIII,495.9nm and 500.7nm), where Ha:OIII:(OIII+Ha*0.1) have been mapped to R:G:B.
