Today is the opening day of the Beijing Winter Olympics. New England is shivering because winter storm Landon is blanketing us with freezing rain and snow. Overnight the outside temperatures rose to 50F and all the snow was being washed away. With the warm air in came a flock of robins. Oh, no! Temperatures will drop again way below freezing tonight.
