Note: Once one is lucky enough to find a Northern Hawk Owl, the Owl can be quite accommodating for having its photo taken. It scarecily seems to notice the half dozen or so photographers and their thousands of dollars worth of equipment aimed at it. The Hawk is likely not used to people; hence, it is not afraid of them, thinking perhaps that they are just a herd of two-legged Caribou who will do them no harm.
