Two images of off-course Snow Geese mixed with a large gathering of Canada Geese.

Top image: Close-up of one of the Snow Geese swimming quite comfortable in the midst of the larger Canada Geese.


My initial sighting of two (one behind the other) Snow Geese mixed with several thousand Canada Geese. These Snow Geese are about 40 Km. west of their regular migration route where one might observe flocks of several hundred thousand Snow Geese during migration.
