I thought I was dreaming when I walked out the front door. I've only seen one or two Snowy Owls so far this winter and here it seemed 1/2 dozen were perched on my fence. I sure hope they get all the Voles that do a real number on my lawn each winter. LOL.

Thanks to hayl, (see below) a group of owls is known as a Parliament of Owls. Very fitting for the nation's capital; although, in my view, our parliamentarians lack the wisdom of owls.
