The trunks of several dead elm trees in John Schlick's yard have been artfully carved into naked people and demonic-looking creatures. While three of the four corners of this quiet intersection in a West Seattle neighborhood are occupied by pleasant homes, this fourth corner's a doozy. The sculpture count went down several months back when a car ran into them and destroyed a few. Accident? Intentional? Enough still remain and are certain to capture your attention.
