Rocktopus is a sculpture of a large octopus made from cement and stones. People have begun hanging locks along the chain fence surrounding this Rocktopus with significant dates or names written on them.

Rocktopus was built by Oliver Strong and Maureen Wall. It's been sprawled across its parking lot rock since at least 2009.
