'Blue' Olaya series (4)

This will be a series of 12 (I think) pictures taken on the very long Olaya Road, from north to central Riyadh. The buildings aren’t spectacular towers, but rather just “normal” office buildings, although still designed with a bit of flair that I find quite appealing in this flat, dusty city in the middle of the Arabian Desert. All are shot from the car and from the same perspective (through the windshield – boring and not optimal, but it’s what I can do at the present time). There were some buildings that I really wanted to photograph but simply couldn’t manage to get, so I can see another trip to this part of Riyadh is in order.

Another blue building in the series, posted earlier:

The blue tones of the windows are lovely. There must be days when they cant be told apart from the sky. V
