To put you all out of your misery, it is actually a sign for lifejackets - adult on the left and child on the right. There is a sign above it that actually says "lifejackets", but what fun would it have been to show that, too? :)

Haven't a clue. Others seem to think it's R-rated, but I don't see it. From the graphics, the sign seems to have to do something with women going somewhere. From the pipe in the photo, I would guess this is in a service hallway of some sort. But I really haven't a clue.
