Week #3 -Female Finch Eating Prickly Pear Fruit

Took this shot on a rainy day down in Tucson. Prickly Pear flowers turn into fruit which is not only eaten by birds and insects but the local American Indian tribes make Prickly Pear Jam. It's yummy tasting, too!

Lovely capture, Rosemary. Well done composition. Like the bite out of the one piece of fruit with the bird having it in her mouth. Good story telling.
