As you can see from the recipe (from my original Cuisinart DLC7 food processor, decades old) I've made these many times and in different pans. These are 3.5 x 7". This is the first time I researched exactly how much 1 and 1/4 cups of mashed banana should weigh and it's 10 oz. (I didn't mash the banana before putting it into the processor - just broke it into about 1" pieces.
