WEEKLY CHALLENGE #168: "The Place I Live"

Wairau Creek, Milford, North Shore, Auckland

This is where I grew up, only 6 kms from where I live now, on the North Shore of Auckland,
New Zealand's fourth largest city.
It is a coastal setting with unspoiled sea views and spectacular views of the Hauraki Gulf,
New Zealand’s most popular recreational boating and fishing region.
It has a coastline of 141km - the longest unbroken urban coastline in New Zealand –
and has around 15-20 beaches.

I love the deep blue of the water and sky and all the boats that make this harbor looks very busy. You grew up in a beautiful place.
