October 2013 Scav Hunt

Antirrhinum AKA snapdragons or dragon flowers, and Löwenmäulchen in German (thanks Boris)
from the flowers' fancied resemblance to the face of a dragon that
opens and closes its mouth when laterally squeezed

The b/w is dramatic but the colour version is as pretty as they are.

I do love these plants and they grow in so many colours too. Excellent pair of images. The B & W shows the structure and the colour one shows the lovely bi-colour :) V
