Thanks to Tom Lipton (OxTool) for the idea. Mine is approximately 22" x 16" and made from 1/2" plywood with a 1 1/2" hardwood skirt. The plate under the ways (see next photos) has a captive 3/8" bolt that extends up through the tray and is tightened with the know. Slides on and off very easily.
