Day 3 - the ascend day from Camp 2 Goosfand Sara at 3040 m to Camp 3 Bargah Sevom at 4250 m.
Lar Lake is formed behind Lar Dam which was constructed on Lar River in 1974-81, on the west side of Mt Damavand.
This artificial lake is one of the main water reservoirs which supplys a major part of fresh drinking water to Tehran.
