Kevin, first saw your work on FaceBook (we share common friends and graduated from MHS in the same class...'72). I do mainly flowers, plants, landscapes and rarely the type of subject matter you do. Yours are really extraordinary! Well done! Bob Lyons

Wow. I just stumbled in after finding your pix of Rehoboth Beach observation towers. Your photos are absolutely beautiful.

PS: I used to live in Morris Plains! Over Tabor Road Pizza. ;)

I came to your images via a posting you did at dpreview. Very nice images. I especially like your use of color.

Hi Kevin
I have visited your backyard many times throughout the last decade, or more, and I think that you have put together a wonderful set of galleries that put you right there - along the D&R and Delaware Canal. Well done...voted. james

Hi Kevin. I think you take great pictures, and should not waste your time working at your boring insurance job. If I were you, I would just use one name for your galleries - Gianni.

Hi! Kevin, Thanks for your comments in my pbase guestbook, I'll talk about my sigma Lens through email.
I just enjoyed your gallaries. You are doing a great work here. :) Did you use IR filter or Photoshop to get the pictures in the album "New Orleans"? it's pretty interesting to me. BTW, The foliage view around PA must be quite beautiful now, hope I can enjoy it from you pbase soon.

Hi Kevin;

I have looked at all of your C-8080 pictures as I also am interested in purchasing this camera. They are all just wonderful! In fact, many of them are so sharp, with perfect color that they look as if they have had some good post processing. Were most of these hand held or taken with tripod? Also, do you recall if you did any tweaking in the camera on sharpness, color or contrast?

I have had three Oly digitals so far. This one sure looks like a winner to me. I don't think it gets much better than this for under $2000. Are you happy with it? Thanks.

I like your 8080 shots, seems like good color and very sharp. I am looking for an upgrade and will be taking a look at the 8080. Questions, have you tried IR with it? what are your impressions compared to the 717? thanks, tyree

Hi there,

Actually that was posted by someone else who responded to my posting. I'm not sure what what version firmware I have, or how you find out.
I do remember seeing a previous posting there on how you find out - perhaps do a search on firmware version?
Regards,
Kevin

I read on the dpreview Olympus forum that your firmware was v757-75. How did you determine that?
