What a pity that someone could not shore this up, such a lovely gray black color set in the greenery, and the even arrangement of the logs and the end joists show the care with which this barn was constructed.

They are here also. Every winter we lose a barn or two under the snow. They build those ugly pole barns now because they are cheap.
