This video documents the sighting of a rare Ivory Gull (Pagophila eburnea) at West Point Lake, Georgia in late January, 2010. This bird is a resident of the ice fields of the high Arctic and very seldom strays south of the Bering sea. This may be the southern most sighting of this species on record.
