Ibo : land's end

Ibo island in the Quirimbas archipelago of Northern Mozambique, a sort of land's end that the few souls already quit a few hundred years ago.

A trip to where people seem to be waiting for something that won't happen. In the meantime, walking the same sand path and emptying bottles of gin are the only entertainments available.

A truly superior collection of images. Great wide-angle shots and portraits. Looks like exactly the sort of place I'd like to visit. Too bad you had to empty the gin bottles and couldn't drink the contents:)
